Pascael Beaudette

Executive Director of Research and Business Intelligence, TCSG

As Executive Director of Research and Business Intelligence at TCSG, Pascael Beaudette oversees the state’s technical colleges, adult literacy programs, and a host of economic and workforce development programs. In her current role, Beaudette works with TCSG’s research and business intelligence teams to ensure the agency produces high quality business intelligence reporting and research that inform practice and policy. In 2021, she was selected as the Data and Analytics Leader of the Year for Innovation by the Leadership Excellence Awards committee. In 2022, she was named as one of Emory University’s 40 under 40 and Truman State University’s 25 under 40.

Prior to joining TCSG in December 2018, Beaudette was the Deputy Director of the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement (GOSA). She also served as the research manager at GOSA and as a research analyst with the Missouri Department of Labor. Beaudette has a master’s degree in Political Science from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Truman State University. She serves on the Principal’s Advisory Council at her local elementary school and the national CALDER Policymakers Council, which helps inform the CALDER research agenda to be more closely aligned to the needs of policymakers. She resides in Decatur, Georgia with her husband and two sons.
