Projects
Led by the Technology Association of Georgia Education (TAG-Ed), the Manufacturer Development project is committed to helping close the skill gap and building workforce capacity to meet the needs of the future economy. In collaboration with Georgia AIM, TAG-Ed will guide corporations as they develop the necessary tech talent to help them in their adoption of AI manufacturing techniques.

Offering access to talent assessment and placement efforts, and providing a pathway to rewarding, high-paying jobs in Georgia’s manufacturing cluster, this project has launched a suite of programs for AI manufacturing workforce training and placement, yielding 300 jobs and connections to support the Georgia AIM coalition. Without this effort, many AI manufacturing jobs will go unfilled, especially in underserved/underrepresented communities.
