As community engagement manager for Georgia AIM, Ryan Scott works to connect the project’s initiatives with organizations and communities across the state. Specifically, he identifies, cultivates, and builds relationships with community-based organizations, sponsors, corporations, and partners that promote innovation, workforce development, and participation in Georgia AIM by all communities.

Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Scott worked as the executive director of the Social Justice Institutes at Carlow University. He has an MBA from Carlow University, an Ed.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Argosy University, and a B.S. in Communication Studies from West Virginia University.

Scott’s interests include traveling abroad, music, acting, spending quality time with family and friends, and being an advocate for social justice for all.
